Make Up Lessons
-
Students are eligiable for 1 make-up lesson each month as long as prior notice is given.
-
Make-up lessons must be used within the month and unless otherwise rescheduled, they will be held as a group lesson at the end of the session.
-
Day and time of the group make-up will be determined if it is needed.
-
Students are asked to give Leah ample notice if they need to cancel as this allows her to offer times as make-ups to others.

Forfeited Lessons
-
Any more than one cancellation within a month and all no-shows are forfeited.
-
If a student drops out mid session, their remaining lessons are still payable.
Credits
-
In the event of severe weather, poor road conditions, or that DRR must reschedule, students will be given alternate lesson times.
