We understand that schedules can change unexpectedly. However, horsemanship takes great responsibility, so we do have the following policies in place to encourage students to responsibly manage their schedules and to respect ours and our horses’. 

 

Scheduling

• Weekly Enrollment must be scheduled with Leah along with a signed Weekly Enrollment Agreement.

• Occasional lessons must be scheduled and paid for through the booking link.

 

Payment

• Weekly lessons must be paid per month by the 1st lesson of the month.

• Occasional lessons must be paid to be booked and held.

• All lessons must be paid regardless of attendance. 

• Lesson fees are non-refundable. 

• Cash, check, Zelle, and credit card are all accepted.

 

Make-Up Lessons

• Weekly students are eligible for 1 make-up lesson each month, as long as prior notice is given. Such make-ups must be used within 30 days. 

• Occasional lessons are non-reschedulable except for the following. 

• All lessons are eligible for rescheduling in the event of severe weather threats, poor road conditions, or that DRR must reschedule. 

 

Forfeited Lessons

• Weekly students with more than one cancellation within a month forfeit any additional missed lessons and all no-show lessons. 

• Occasional students forfeit all cancelled and missed lessons.

• If a weekly student drops mid-month, their remaining lessons are forfeited or scheduled as is possible within 30 days.
