Horse Camp
Ages 7 - 14 years old​

Dates are released as soon as possible on our social media and on our booking page. If you would like to be notified about Horse Camp dates please contact Leah to be put on an email list.

Horse Campers begin the morning by helping with some chores and getting their horses groomed and tacked up. Depending on the skill levels of the group we might all ride at the same time, or we will rotate through various riding and horse handling activities. Once we all have had a chance to ride, we will untack the horses and move on to horse science activities, games, and crafts. Campers will head home with many horse adventures to share!

Camp fees are non-refundable and non-reschedulable (except in the event of severe weather).

Camp is held rain or shine and riding is not guaranteed. There are many ways to enjoy and learn about horses regardless of the weather. We do however cancel when there are severe weather threats or poor driving conditions. Leah will be in touch with families as efficiently as possible if cancellation is decided. In the event of a cancellation families may choose another camp date or credit their camp fees toward private lessons.

Campers should wear jeans and riding boots.

Campers should bring a refillable water bottle, sunglasses, and jackets appropriate for the season.

Helmets are required for riding. We recommend that campers bring their own equestrian helmet for both comfort and cleanliness. Some shared helmets are available for borrowing when necessary. Please send campers with their hair down or in low pony tails as we will have to take any hair dos out to put on their helmets.

If water games are planned you will be notified to send a change of clothes.

The number of campers that can be accommodated varies each week. If you are wanting to schedule larger groups please reach out to Leah so she can see about scheduling extra helpers. ​​
Pony Preschool

Dates are released 2 to 3 months in advance on our social media and our booking website. If this group times don't work for you, feel free to contact us about scheduling private Pony Preschool lessons.

Pony Preschoolers will begin their pony adventure with story time. Parents will then be instructed on the activities for the day before Leah takes one camper at a time for their short riding lesson. Various activities will be set up to accommodate young, active learners. Parents may help the campers with crafts, games, scavenger hunts, grooming, or pony decorating among other activities.

In the event of a cancellation families may choose another group date or credit their fees toward a 30 minute private lesson.
