Students enrolled in our weekly lesson program work on a progressive curriculum which has goal lists for the different areas of horsemanship. As students accomplish the goals they earn our Dry River Ranch scarves.  The goals include both mounted and unmounted skills. Being an outdoor program, we enjoy lessons rain or shine as we have plently of materials to cover in the tack room!

Many students join our program at different stages of their equine journeys and may not fit directly into any one level. Lessons are catered to each student's ability while the levels are used to make sure that there are no holes in their equine education. Students will participate in many unmounted and mounted lessons in order to accomplish each level as riding is only one small portion of overall horsemanship!
